Only ONE EBS User Encounters HTTP 500 Internal Server Error at Login (Doc ID 2637107.1)

Intermittently, ONE single E-Business Suite (EBS) user is encountering the following login error message, after waiting 5 minutes for a response.

"Internal Server Error

The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.

Please contact the server administrator, and inform them of the time the error occurred, and anything you might have done that may have caused the error.

More information about this error may be available in the server error log."

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login into EBS
