Symptoms

On R12.1.3 R12.HR_PF.B.Delta.12 version, Manager Self Service -Transfer

When using $PROFILE$ and $FLEX$ references in the where clause of the table validated valueset assigned to a DFF segment,

Performing a Transfer action and changing the valueset dependent field is causing following error:

ERROR
ORA-20001: FLEX-VALUE DOES NOT EXIST: N, VALUE, <VALUE>, N, SEGMENT, <SEGMENT NAME>, N, VALUESET, <VALUESET NAME>



STEPS
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Define a table validated valueset using $PROFILE$ and/or $FLEX$ in the

where clause and assign it to a People Group segment

2. Using Manager Self Service

3. Click on 'Manager Actions', select the employee

4. Select 'Transfer' function.

5. Change the department and job title and click on next button.

6. Above error Occurs



Note: User is getting error only when changing it using self service form/ not in PUI form
