While performing database upgrade from 12c to 19c , script txkChkPDBCompatability.pl throws error as below

ERROR at line 1:
ORA-65000: missing or invalid pluggable database name
ORA-06512: at "SYS.DBMS_PDB", line 32
ORA-06512: at line 2

New Install,create container database and performing database upgrade from 12c to 19c
