Symptoms

Get "Building Default Distribution Accounts. Please wait..." on the status bar when trying to save a purchase order
 and then when we try to add the charge account on the distribution we get
error APPS-PO-14142: get_project_info-010: ORA-0000: normal, successful compeletion
