After JWS Patch, SSO Login Error with 'URL validation failed. The error could have been caused through the use of the browser's navigation buttons' (Doc ID 2638988.1)

Symptoms

On R12.1.3 env, after implementing Java Web Start by applying patches (refer to NOTE:389422.1 and NOTE:2188898.1), while logging in with SSO, the following error is shown.

URL validation failed. The error could have been caused through the use of the browser's navigation buttons (the browser Back button or refresh, for example), If the error persists, Please contact system administrator.


STEPS
-----------------------
1. Apply JWS pre-req patches and setup referring to NOTE:389422.1 and NOTE:2188898.1.
Note: User found out that right after patch25380324, this issue occurred.
2. Restart all AP Tiers and SSO servers.
3. Login through EBS SSO Login.
