Goal

Oracle Transportation Management uses a SMTP Server to send Email communications. When SMTP Host requires Authentication, you can use the following instructions to configure the credentials needed to be included in the Mail request using following instructions.

Following is an that is observed in OTM Logs if the credentials needed for SMTP communication are not configured as expected.
