Symptoms

System calculate different exchange rate for two amounts entered both in same currency in the same document ( USD )

Example:

XLA_AE_LINES (Invoice)
   Entered Amount DR
     Account Amount DR   CURRENCY_CONVERSION_RATE
    (3,657.74)      (13,433.05)     3.6725
