Symptoms

Service Contracts Main Billing fails to bill usage lines correctly and may report the error below or prices a usage line at $0 per click (the exact scenario depends on the application version).  

AND/OR
One or more of the following errors occur when you press the Price Break button on a Usage Line:

Error:
Error reported in Service Contracts Main Billing report:

OKX_COUNTER Name: OKX_COUNTER For Amount:
Reason: Error: User-Defined Exception. Error Message: Could not find a price list in Ordered UOM or Primary UOM

Errors reported when clicking on the Price Break button for a usage line in a contract:

OKC_CONTRACTS_UNEXP_ERROR
(SQLerrm=Item XXXX and uom YY not on pricelist ZZZZ)

OKC_CONTRACTS_UNEXP_ERROR
(SQLerrm=Could not find a price list in Ordered UOM or Primary UOM).

OKS_NO_PRICE_BREAK (NO_PRICE_BREAK-Item XXXX and uom YY not on pricelist ZZZZ)

OKS_NO_PRICE_BREAK (NO_PRICE_BREAK=Price was not found on price list ZZZZZ for this item XXXXX and uom YY.)
