Can Not Mass Edit Fields on RATE_GEO_COST Screen Set (Doc ID 2640165.1)

Symptoms

A custom RATE_GEO_COST Screen Set is created when a User Attribute Field as editable. When using this Screen Set and attempting to edit this User Attribute field via the Results (i.e. Mass Edit), the following error is encountered:
