Sales Orders Created With Expired Workday Calendar Will Not Progress (Doc ID 2640885.1)

Symptoms

Sales orders that were entered while there existed an expired workday calendar are not progressing despite extending the workday calendar.
Line workflow is in Scheduling Eligible status and Line processing messages show the following error:

Scheduling failed. Unable to find a calendar date.




STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
 
1) Orders are in a "Booked" status with error "Unable to find a calendar date"
2) Checked calendars and noticed Inventory Calendar set to 31-JAN-2020.
3) Changed the calendar to 31-JAN-2022 and rebuilt the calendar.
4) All new sales orders are progressing with no issue but not existing orders.
