Not Able To Edit The RTF Output Generated From BI Publisher (Doc ID 2641300.1)

Symptoms

On : 12.2 version, MICC Transfer to TSC


The RTF output file is not editabe


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
Issue on BIP Desktop 12.2.1.4

2. Opened the RTF Template "Test.rtf"
3. Import the xml file "Test.xml. "
4. Open the report in RTF format
5. Observe that the the RTF output file cannot be modified.
