When attempting to apply prepayment the following error occurs.

ERROR
APP-SQLAP-10000: An unexpected error has occurred occurred in Apply_Prepay_Line <- Apply Prepayment Form with parameters (&PARAMETERS) while performing the following operations:
Call to calculate tax.


STEPS
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Log in AP
2. Navigate to query standard invoice and click Action button
3. Select apply/unapply prepayments option
4. Select expected prepayment and click apply button
5. Error pops out
