ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
Created a Price Book with criteria set to Price List, and specified 1 Price List
Price Book Lines were created for the 1 Price List, and 2 other Prices Lists that were not specified.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
Expects prices to come only from the selected price list when pricing basis = price list and specific price list is chosen.

STEPS
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Responsibility: Oracle Pricing User
2. Navigate to: Reports
3. Click on Create Price Books
4. Enter criteria for the price book creation
      Product Criteria = Item, select an item
      Pricing Basis = Price list, select a price list (US Consolidated Price List)
      Select publishing options
5. Click Apply
6. Open price book
7. Found price book created based off of 3 price lists instead of just the 1 price list entered
