Service Provider Profile Unchecked Compatibility Check Box Does Not Exclude The Service Provider (Doc ID 2643566.1)

Goal

 As per the OTM Help for Service Provider Profile:

"If you select the Compatible check box, Oracle Transportation Management includes the service providers in the profile when searching in other areas of Oracle Transportation Management.

If you clear the check box, Oracle Transportation Management excludes the service providers from searches in other areas of Oracle Transportation Management."

However the actual behavior in the instance is that if the Compatibly check box is NOT checked, then OTM is treats this Service Provider Profile as one that has the "INCLUDED" checkbox marked. It includes the service providers while
searching rather than excluding it
