Symptoms
On : 12.1.3 version, Supplier Admin Issues
When attempting to add Tax Registration details for a supplier, the following
error occurs:
ERROR

The supplier information has been modified by another user. Please requery the information and try again
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go to Suppliers
2. Search for supplier <Supplier Name>
3. Go to Company Profile / Tax Details
4. Go to Tax Registrations
5. Add Country = <Country Name>
6. Add Registration Number = <Registration Number>
7. Click on Save button
8. Error message appears
