Symptoms

Problem Statement:

When attempting to create an element in the Earnings form, the following error occurs.

APP-PAY-07564: This name includes reserved words or characters. Acceptable values are A-Z, a-z, 0-9 or underscore (_) characters. Also you cannot start the name with a number. Please Re-enter.

 

 

Steps to Reproduce:

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1.  Login as CA HRMS Manager responsibility or US HRMS Manager responsibility
  2.  Go to Earnings form
  3.  Create the element
  4.  Error occurs when saving
