POXPOEPO - Enter Purchase Orders fact: POXRQERQ - Enter Requisitions

Unable to enter requisitions or enter purchase orders due to error APP-00756 Cannot find combination_id

Steps to reproduce:

Purchasing Superuser>Purchase Orders>Purchase Orders

1.Enter the document header
2.Click on the lines region: the error pops up

Set up changed: Default Category set for Purchasing Functional Area was modified / changed
