Patch9239090 completed successfully with "AutoPatch is complete" message but ORA-6512, ORA-4088 error found in worker logfile when executing fndrepfix.sql.

Symptoms
When upgrading to R12.1.3 by applying patch9239090, the patch completed successfully with "AutoPatch is complete" message. But found below ORA-6512, ORA-4088 errors in the worker logfile when executing fndrepfix.sql.

ORA-04061: existing state of package "APPS.FND_LOG" has been invalidated
ORA-04065: not executed, altered or dropped package "APPS.FND_LOG"
ORA-06508: PL/SQL: could not find program unit being called: "APPS.FND_LOG"
ORA-06512: at "APPS.FND_FUNCTION", line 834
ORA-06512: at "APPS.FND_MENU_ENTRIES_C_DELTRG", line 4
ORA-04088: error during execution of trigger 'APPS.FND_MENU_ENTRIES_C_DELTRG'

1. Apply patch9239090.
2. Confirm adpatch logfile completed successfully with "AutoPatch is complete" message.
3. Check worker logfile (adworkXX.log) and grep for ORA- error when executing fndrepfix.sql.
