On : 12.2.8 version, Approvals - Req, PO
When a Purchase Order (PO) is submitted for approval, the PO gets stuck in the PO work flow with the following error:

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to Purchaisng Respsonibility
2. Create a PO
3. Submit the PO for approval
4. Approval gets cleared
5. Open Workflow adminstrator, see the error in the PO workflow
