Address Line 1 not shown as mandatory field on Create Contact HTML page for Customers

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
==================
Use Address Style POSTAL_ADDRESS_US for US for Country United States
In descriptive flexfield "Address", segment POSTAL_ADDRESS_US, Address Line 1 is defined as mandatory field
But in Customer Contact Creation page, there is no asterisk for field address line 1
In Customer Account Creation page, there is asterisk for Address Line 1 field
