On : 12.2.8 version, Installation Issues
EBS - 12.2.8
SOA - 12.2.1.3.0
DB - 12.1.0.2

While installing soa rcu get warning message - "Oracle strongly recommends that character set should be AL32UTF8".

Can this warning message be ignored?
