Goal
When sending dunning letters via email, Advanced Collections uses the profile option 'IEX: SMTP From' to determine the value for the 'From' email address This profile option only allows one value to be set however.
Is it possible to set this profile so that the 'From' email address is the email for the collector assigned to each customer?
