Symptoms

 In any version of Oracle Purchasing from Release 11 onwards, you are finding that a Descriptive Flexfield which you thought you had set up specifically for the PO_HEADERS zone of the Purchase Order Entry form (POXPOEPO.fmb) is also popping up in the RFQs and Quotations form (POXSCERQ.fmb).
