Symptoms

In Oracle Projects, when calling the interface process from the Expenditure Inquiry screen, the process is failing with no error message.

Due to this issue, users cannot use Expenditure Inquiry form to submit the process

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

Using Projects responsibility

Navigate to => Project Billing Super User
Then Project Expenditure Inquiry
Query a Project
With Expenditure Items Queried
Click Run Request
Click Distribute Labor Cost
And Distribute Usage and Miscellaneous Costs
Click OK
