On : 12.2.7 version, Supplier Admin Issues

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
After reset password the email notification has no link to Isupplier portal.

The email body that is sent to supplier contact has no link (URL) to access the Isupplier portal.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Expect link to iSupplier Portal in notification for password reset

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. iSupplier > Suppliers > Update Contact
2. In User Account region check Reset Password checkbox
3. Click Apply
4. Notification is received for password reset
5. In the notification body there is no URL link to iSupplier Portal
