Canada Basic Personal Amount incorrect default amount Jan. 2020 (Doc ID 2647714.1)

Symptoms

Federal basic amount $13,229 not showing in Tax information screen even after applying latest Vertex data file update released on 17th Jan 2020. This results in wrong Federal Tax calculation.

Instead the defaulted basic amount of $12,298 is being shown for all employees even though NET INCOME is not more than $214,368.
