R12 : Search By Control Status Does Not Work In Buyer Work Center (Doc ID 2648206.1)

Symptoms

 Using Buyer Work Center BWC, search by control status does not return correct result.


Steps to reproduce:
1. Go to Orders page using navigation Buyer Work Center > Orders.
2. Click Search button.
3. Enter Search criteria: - Approval Status is Approved - Control Status is Closed - Control status is not Canceled
4. Click Go.
5. The returned result includes canceled PO incorrectly.
