ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Assessable value is not defaulted from assessable price list when the item is not defined in the same.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Assessable value should be defaulted from price list and be blank if not defined
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create an inter org transfer transaction
2. Navigate to India Tax Details and select assessable price list
3. If the item is not defined in the a random value is defaulted instead of blank
BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
Transactions with incorrect tax amount are getting created resulting into Tax compliance.
