ISSUE DESCRIPTION
 
We are facing below error in iProcurement on selecting the change account and changing charge account and just clearing the defaulted charge account.
  
ERROR
You have encountered an unexpected error. Please contact your System Administrator for assistance

Exception Details.
 oracle.apps.fnd.framework.OAException: java.lang.Exception: processChargeAccountLovEvent cannot parse eventSource AccountsDistsAdvTable:ChargeAccountFlex_COMBINATION:0
java.lang.NumberFormatException: For input string: "_C"
at oracle.apps.icx.por.req.webui.CheckoutDistsCO.processChargeAccountLovEvent(CheckoutDistsCO.java:893)

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. iProcurement User --> iProcurement Home Page Click "Non - Catalog Request"
2. Enter the below highlighted values and click "Add to cart"Click "View cart and checkout" buttonClick CheckoutChange requestor to "asdfg" and click Edit lines
3. Select the Account tab and click charge account - 111.222.2222.......Clear the charge account and select any field in this form.Getting error message.
