Changing Item and Unit Selling Pricie Causes Incorrect Adjusted Amount (Doc ID 2648689.1)

Symptoms

Actual Behavior
When changing order line item with manual adjustment to other item with different UOM
at the same time changing unit selling price will cause incorrect adjusted amount.

Expected Behavior
Expect adjusted amount is correct.

Steps to Reproduce

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

Pre-Setup

<Setup>
Item:
Item-A UOM:SIK List Price:1
Item-B UOM:BU List Price:1

SIK = 1 x BU

Manual Discount

OM: Negative Pricing : No
QP: Negative Pricing : No

  1. Line 1.1 Item:Item-A UOM:SIK and update Unit Selling Price from 1 to 1000 Save
  2. Change Line 1.1 Item-B UOM:BU and Update Unit Selling Price from 1000 to 1010 and Save
        (not save after changing item only)
  3. View Adjustment shows -99898991 (should be + 1009 because USP:1010 ULP:1)

In this step2, when saving after changing item after that changing Unit Selling Price will not cause an issue.
