Symptoms

 When checking the 'Forward To' in the Approval form of POXPOEPO the PO Output for Communications does not print.


STEPS
----------------------

1. Create a Purchase Order (PO) and save
2. Click on the Approve button
3. In the Approval form select the forward and print box
4. The PO Output for Communication does not print

Changes

 Upgrade to R12 from 11.5.10.
