Item Does Not Longer Appear In Quote Catalog After Its Description Is Changed

When an item description is changed (in the item master), all quotes containing that item,
which were previously available in the quotes catalog in the purchase order entry window, no longer exist in the quotes catalog.
Steps to Reproduce:
1. When the user searches the Supplier Item Catalog for Item, existing quotes with Item and Description appear in results
2. The description for Item is then changed in Item Master
3. After the change, when the user enters the Item on a purchase order line and then selects the Catalog button,
and then the Find button, the user receives the message “query caused no records to be returned”.
