Tools Convert Currency Not Properly Updating Amount Limit And Price Break (Doc ID 2649583.1)

Using Purchasing, the following error is encountered after converting the currency on a Blanket Agreement.
"Amount Limit should be at least equal to Amount Agreed."

Steps to Reproduce :

1. Login to the E-Business Suite and choose the Purchasing Module.
2. Copy a Blanket Agreement that is in EUR currency.
3. Change the Currency to USD
4. Attempt to approve - error is given.
Other: The agreed amount is converted to USD - however the amount limit is not updated to match the agreed amount.
It is also noticed that price breaks are not being adjusted/converted to the new currencies rate.
