How to view all records related to a particular element on the Employees By Element Form ?

Using the below mentioned steps for a particular Element only few element entries are appearing in the list.

1. Navigate to  XX HRMS Manager REsposnbility  > View > Lists > Employees By Element.

2. Enter the Element name , From and To dates , select check boxes for Current Employees and Ex-Employees

3. click on Search ,
