APP-730 Error While Trying to Run RFQ Report (Doc ID 2649772.1)

When printing any Request For Quote (RFQ) report, at the LOV for "RFQ Numbers" report parameter,
Error is raised:

APP-730: This flexfield has an invalid value set, edit-event user exit and user exit has failed.

RFQ Numbering is set to AUTOMATIC and NUMERIC in Purchasing Options, Numbering Alternate Region
