Purchase Order Form Hangs When 'approve' Button Is Clicked on the Purchase Order Form

Steps to Reproduce :

1.Navigate to the Purchase Orders form and create a Purchase Order.  
2.Click on the 'Approve' button and try to Approve or Forward the created Purchase Order.
3.When click on the 'Approve' button the cursor turns to hourglass and the system hangs.
