Symptoms

On Release: 12.2.5 version, Approval List and Workflow

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
Notifications for Change Requests are going to incorrect Manager, when Buyer is End Dated.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
Notifications for Change Requests to go to proper Manager, when Buyer is End Dated.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
Sign on to Application
Select Responsibility: iProcurement
Navigation: iProcurement - Homepage ->>
Select "Requisitions" Tab ->> Find Requisition # "XXXXXX
Select Requisition # "XXXXXX" - >> Click: "Change" button
Enter Quantity: XXXXXX , Enter Reason ->> Click: "Next" ->>
View Approvers, Click: "Next" ->> Review and Submit Change Request
.
Notifications for Change Requests going to incorrect Manager (B) when Buyer (A) is End Dated.
Buyer (A), retired, if someone with a Req attached, to a PO with Buyer (A),
The change request is going to Manager (B)

The preparer/requester on the Req# XXXXX for PO # XXXXXX did not do any type of ‘forwarding’ to cancel his Req.

Notifications for Change Requests going to incorrect Manager when Buyer is End Dated.

How can we to stop this, and Forward it to direct them to different person?

Due to this issue, users cannot understand why the Change Request Notifications are going to the in Correct Manager.
