Batch Process Execute Sequence Without Waiting For Previous Sequence (Doc ID 2651051.1)

Last updated on JULY 20, 2024

Applies to:

Oracle Transportation Management - Version 6.4.3 and later
Information in this document applies to any platform.

Symptoms

Batch Process is not respecting the sequence in execution since it fires up sequence 10 for example at the same time it fires the sequence 20 thus it does not produce the desired results. Since sequence 10 is designed in this example  to run an agent to insert a record in the I_TRANSMISSION table with status Staged, and sequence 20 is designed to process staged Transmissions in the I_TRANSMISSION table execution is not happening in the desired sequence
