Symptoms

On : 12.2.6 version, Other - General

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Custom Quick filter LOV is showing records that are not in query.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

When opening the Quick Filter LOV it is showing items that are no longer available in the DB view that the filter is drawing from.
A custom quick filter has been created.
The SQL for the quick filter is SELECT DISTINCT assignee, 'ASSIGNED_TO = ' || assigned_to FROM iex_cu_str_uwq_v.
When the List is opened in the quick filter UWQ form, it displays all records and is not recognizing the DISTINCT statement
