Batch Pricing Prog Opens Too Many Database Sessions, Brings Down Instance (Doc ID 2654632.1)

Symptoms


ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Customer initially reported that the issue is happening with Batch
Pricing concurrent request i.e lot inactive sessions are not getting closed
which is increasing resulting into crashing of customer's instance.
Observed that here, Batch Pricing concurrent requests are getting completed without any issue.

The collaboration SR  with ATG team was logged and they isolated
the issue as being due to connection leaks in IntegrationUtil.java with below details:

    The stack trace shows connection leak in IntegrationUtil.java ,stack trace
    shows that RequestRates.verifyCaller is calling IntegrationUtil.init and in
    the init it create the connection , but it never closes it .

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Run concurrent program "Batch Pricing" with no parameters or for long range
