RPLS Match Factor Is Showing Different Results On Different Screens (Doc ID 2655989.1)

Goal

Why does the Restricted Party Screening Match Factor show different results on different screens?

An example of this scenario is as follows:

Search for GTM Party-> Select party and Click Action -> Review Screening Results
For selected party Match Factor is shown as 97%. But when clicking Review Match Factor, the detailed screen shows Overall Match factor as NOT A MATCH
