Supplier Site Not Derived When Returned From Punchout cXML Supplier through OBN (Doc ID 2657043.1)

Symptoms

Version 12.2.8 iProcurement
 
Punching out from iProcurement to cXML Supplier Site via OBN, everything works fine except
 supplier site is not defaulted when returned from Punchout Return to iProcurement

STEPS
----------------
  - Supplier EDI Location set, tested both DUNS, OBN ID
  - Supplier has DUNS as primary in OBN

Steps
1. From iProcurement, Punchout to supplier via OBN
    Punchout Type; Punch out from Oracle iProcurement to a supplier via Oracle Exchange using Oracle Native cXML
2. Returned to iProcurement,
  - Supplier Site is empty , Not defaulted

EXPECTED RESULTS
-------------------------------------
  Supplier Site populated with Site value when returned from punchout
