When attempting to define budgetary control options for a project, the following error occurs:

APP-PA-231495 Multiple integration to either contract commitments or the general budget not allowed.


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go to Project responsibility >  Open Project form and query project number >  Go to Options > Budgetary Control.

2. Try to enter setup for Budgetary control.

3. See the error.
