Patch Fails with ORA-20001 Error While Loading payusmsimbalfeeds.ldt (Doc ID 2657867.1)

Symptoms

Problem Statement:

When applying 12.2.9, following error occurs.

FAILED FNDLOAD APPS/***** 0 Y UPLOAD @PAY:patch/115/import/pymsimbalfeed.lct @PAY:patch/115/import/US/loc_us/payusmsimbalfeeds.ldt

Error in Logfile:

Error loading seed data for PAY_BALANCE_FEEDS_F: BALANCE_NAME = Voluntary Dedn For Child Supp, ELEMENT_NAME = MOBPAYSIM_US_401K PT DEDN Roth, INPUT_VALUE_NAME = Pay Value, BUSINESS_GROUP_NAME = , LEGISLATION_CODE = US, EFFECTIVE_START_DATE = 1900/01/01, EFFECTIVE_END_DATE = 4712/12/31, ORA-20001: System Error: Procedure BALANCE_NAME at Step Find

Cause: The procedure BALANCE_NAME has created an error at Step Find.

 

 

Steps to Reproduce:

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1.  Apply patch:28840850 (12.2.9)
  2.  Worker fails loading payusmsimbalfeeds.ldt.
