XLAAARPT: Account Analysis Report does not Display all Assets Journals. (Doc ID 2658301.1)

Symptoms


ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
XLAAARPT: Account Analysis Report does not include Assets journals where the period was changed in General Ledger before posting, i.e., the period in GL is not the same as the period in FA/SLA.


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
XLAAARPT: Account Analysis Report should display all Assets journals either in the FA or GL period, none should be excluded.


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Run Create Accounting - Assets.
2. Transfer journals to GL.
3. Query the batch in GL, change the period and Post.
4. Run the XLAAARPT: Account Analysis Report.


BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, XLAAARPT: Account Analysis Report doesn't display all Assets journals, and doesn't tie to GLACTANL: Account Analysis Report or inquires in GL forms.
