Symptoms

Problem Statement:

When attempting to run "Import HCM Cloud Data File for Payroll Integration" to import HCM Cloud data, the following error occurs.

ERROR: Process :PER_RI_B_IMPORT_HR_DATA failed.
ERROR: Exception occured during Import the Fusion Extract
ERROR: Failed while inserting rows for entity :Person
Caused by :ORA-00001: unique constraint (HR.PER_RI_B_PERSONS_PK) violated

 

 

Steps to Reproduce:
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1.  Select Cloud Integration from HCM Cloud Administrator Responsibility

  2.  Click Import and Load Data and then submit
     
  3.  Click View log and then the error can be seen.
