Symptoms

On : 12.1.3 version, Transaction Control

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Find there are several order lines that are stick in Shipped status

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Expect that Shipped order lines will progress to Closed status

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be seen with the following steps:
1. Order Management responsibility
2. Navigation: Orders,Returns>Order Organizer
3. Query the order and navigate to the problem order lines. See issue.

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot close the order lines.
