Symptoms
When attempting to update a Task, the following error occurs:
Error:
Unable to perform transaction on the record.
Cause: The record contains stale data. The record has been modified by another user.
Action: Cancel the transaction and re-query the record to get the new data
Attribute ObjectVersionNumber in CsfTaskAM.CsfTaskAssigneeVO1 is required
Steps:
(R) Customer Support Specialist
or
(R) Service > HTML Contact Center
or
(R) Field Service Technician Portal > Debrief
- Search for any open Task
- Try changing the assignment of the Task
=> The error appears.
