Web ADI: Uploading Large Documents Does Not Complete and Crashes the Oacore Server (Doc ID 2661833.1)

Symptoms

When attempting to upload huge data using WEB application Desktop Integrator(Web ADI), observed that the upload does not complete successfully. It crashes the Oacore Server. 

Steps to reproduce the issue
1.Navigate to Desktop Integration Manager responsibility
2.Select Create Document
3.Enter huge data and select upload
