Symptoms
Problem Statement:
User views P11d for 2019 without error, but 2018, 2017 etc are throwing an error.
Or: P11D Reports process completes in error for tax year ending 5th Apr 2020
java.lang.NullPointerException at oracle.apps.per.p11dss.utils.server.p11drepprocess.buildMainP11D(p11drepprocess.java:126)

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1.Try to view previous P11D from Employee Self Service
